New Year’s Youth Pond Hockey Tournament
CCAG is partnering with Beauty Unis for our Pond Hockey tournaments for the ’25-’26 season. First on the agenda is our New Year Youth Pond Hockey Tournament scheduled to take place over the winter break on January 1st & 2nd, 2026.
- U10/U12/U14 coed pools confirmed for tournament play
- Girls-only pools available if enough interest – SIGN UP NOW!
- Tournament is scheduled for January 1st & 2nd, 2026
- The games are 4 vs 4 games and last 30 minutes
- Teams can have up to 6 registered players with the base registration; a 7th can be added for an additional fee
- Teams are organized into pools of 4 or more teams based on age group
- Each team is guaranteed at least 3 games against the other teams of their pool
- A final game between the 2 top ranked teams of each pool will decide the pool champions
- All teams registered by Nov 16th receive a tournament jersey from our partner Beauty Unis
- The champions of each pool receive a trophy and mad bragging rights!
MLK Day Youth Pond Hockey Tournament

CCAG is partnering with Beauty Unis for our Pond Hockey tournaments for the ’25-’26 season. Our second Youth Pond Hockey Tournament will be held on MLK Day: January 19th, 2026.
The format for this tournament is a bit different: you’ll register as an individual and we will randomly assign you to a team the day of. Our goal is to create an inclusive, competitive environment with evenly matched teams. To do this, we’ll ask you a few questions about your skills & experience. If you’re more experienced, we may ask your permission to play up an age group. If you are newer to pond hockey, we might suggest you play down an age group.
This tournament is open to U8, U10, U12 players.
The format of the tournament is as follow:
- U8/U10/U12 coed pools confirmed for tournament play
- Tournament is scheduled for January 19th, 2026
- Based on sign-ups, the games will either be 3 vs 3 games and last 20 minutes or 4 vs 4 and last 30 minutes; we will finalize the format when we publish the schedule in order to maximize the fun for the kids based on who signs up
- We form the teams based on individual registrations
- Teams will have up to 5-8 players for a 4v4 format or up to 4-6 players for a 3v3 format
- Teams are organized into pools of teams based on age group
- Each team is guaranteed at least 3 games against the other teams of their pool
- A final game between the 2 top ranked teams of each pool will decide the pool champions
- Individuals who register by December 19th receive a reversible tournament jersey from our partner Beauty Unis to keep
- Later registrants will be given a reversible jersey from the Espinal Youth Hockey program to borrow
- The champions of each pool receive a trophy and mad bragging rights!

Mites Winter Classic Tournament
Our first tournament is scheduled to take place on Sunday, January 25th, and second on February 25th, 2026.
Our Mites Hockey Tournament is opened to all young Mites hockey players. The format of the tournament is as follow:
- Teams are organized into pools of 4 or 6 teams (based on registration)
- Each team is guaranteed at least 3 games against the other teams of their pool
- A final game between the 2 winning teams of each pool will decide the tournament champions; a semi-final round may also be held based on registration and available ice time — our goal is to maximize the fun!
- The games are 4 vs 4 games and last 30 minutes with running time
- The pool champions will receive a trophy and mad bragging rights

Ladies Winter Classic Pond Hockey Tournament
Mark your calendar and get pumped up! Our 2026 Ladies Winter Classic Pond Hockey Tournament will be held on February 28th 5:30 pm – 10 pm with the March 1st reserved as a back-up date in case of inclement weather. The format of the tournament is as follows:
- Tournament is scheduled for the evening of February 28th 5:30 pm – 10 pm with evening of March 1st reserved in case of inclement weather
- All games are 3 vs 3 or 4 vs 4 half ice – depending on registrations and maximizing the fun
- Teams play at least 3 games for pool play then the winners of each pool play for a championship
- Games will be composed of two 10-minute halves with a 5-minute halftime.
- Registration is by the individual with equal teams assigned; teams will have 5 registered players assigned
- Jersey orders will go in January 17th, so don’t miss out!
