Skates Loaner Program

Nobody should miss the ice because they do not own a pair of skates.

How it works

We keep a small closet of donated skates and lend them out for a few days or for a whole season, depending on what we have and what you need.

It is a small collection, and it is not meant to outfit the whole town. It exists to take away one barrier for anyone who would otherwise stay off the ice.

1

Find your size

Everything we have on hand is listed below, and the list updates itself as skates come and go.

2

Ask for the pair

Fill out the Contact Us form. Tell us the size you need and how long you need it for.

3

Pick up and return

We will set a time with you for both. Skates come back to CCAG at the end of the loan.

What we have right now

Our current inventory is kept in a shared list you can open any time.

Borrowing a pair

  • Loans run anywhere from a few days to a full season, depending on what we have and what you need.
  • All borrowed skates must be returned to CCAG by the end of the loan period.
  • Skates are picked up and dropped off as arranged. Please do not leave them in a tent at the rink.
  • Availability changes through the season. If your size is not on the list today, ask anyway and we will let you know if a pair comes back.

Outgrown a pair? Pass them on.

This closet exists only because people give back what their kids grew out of. Gently used skates keep the program running and keep the rink open to everyone.
